1 Jar/glass

Fresh Water or Coconut water

Fine chopped or sliced fruits and herbs

A straw

How to prepare

Creating Vitamin Infused Water:

~ Around half an hour before having, fill your jar half way with drinking water or fresh coconut water.

~ Start adding fruits of your choice which combine well together.

~ Add herbs of your choice on the top.

~ You add more water from the top and fill your jar.

~ Enjoy as a early morning or any time drink with a straw and also eat your fruit.

~ You can top up water 1-2 times more to enjoy different flavours from the same glass.

~ Can be served during parties as it is really enjoyed by children and adults.

Some examples of fruits which can be mixed together:

Apple, Kiwi, Orange, Malta, Grapefruit, Sweet-lime, Strawberry, Mango, Pear, Peaches, Plums, Cherries, All berries, Grapes, Pineapple, Cucumbers, Gooseberry
