In some cases there may not be any immediate results at all.

You are not allowed to directly or indirectly record, and or transmit any of the live courses, classes, free trial classes or any kind of pre-made videos, audios (even or your later reference) unless you have received written permission from Anjali Sanghi to do so.

COMPETITIONS:
KIDS: All recipes can be used in cooking, un-cooking or other contests only by school children at their school or home. Please always refer the author’s name, website and/or book’s name everywhere you use them. If you need any help or want to share your pictures with us then please feel free to write an email. Please always maintain hygiene required for recipes you are creating.
ADULTS: Adults are not allowed to use, make, display or record these or similar recipes without written consent from Anjali Sanghi.
COMMERCIAL USE: Please take written permission from Anjali Sanghi if you wish to make and sell these and similar recipes in hotels, restaurants, schools, canteens, tiffin service etc. By requesting for this written permission you are assuring us that you will strictly follow the hygiene standards and quality of produce as prescribed by the norms of your country, society etc.; or as required by the health condition of people you are serving this food to. You must always refer the author’s and/or book’s name everywhere the recipe is being listed. If these guidelines are not followed strictly then we may take legal action as per Copyright Laws.

All Anjali Sanghi, Fun To Learn, Manikya Sanghi products listed on the Website (“Products”), their contents, descriptions, and prices are each subject to change without due notice. - Reservation of Rights.
We reserve the right, at any time, to make changes to products to improve quality, towards this end we also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of any Product with or without notice. - Orders & Payment Terms
For each Product ordered, you agree to pay the listed price for the Product as of the time you submitted your order and applicable delivery fees.
You will be solely responsible for payment of all sales taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges.
Your orders for our books, services, courses and other materials are placed directly by you to our publishers, and other e-commerce websites including Pothi, Amazon and others. They all have their own individual order, shipping, refund and cancellation policies. Kindly refer to their websites for the same.
Payment that has been made towards Fun To Learn or and other Courses cannot be refunded, but the remaining sum of amount (excluding the payment processing fee, delivery charges etc) can be directed towards another active course or service from our website. This should be claimed within one week of making the payment. The exchanged course/service should be started within one month of completion of the exchange.
All payments done towards Fun to Learn courses and other services must be availed as classes- maximum within one year of making the payment, otherwise exchange of the payment towards and other goods or services will not remain valid.
- Shipping Policy.
Products will be shipped according to the shipping method selected your order is placed on the respective website(s). All delivery dates provided by respective company are estimates and include order processing and packing time. The actual delivery thus may vary from the original estimated date and time of delivery. - Return Policy.
