SERVES 4
Things Required:
50 grams mint leaves (Poudina)
50 grams coriander leaves (Dhania)
½ green raw mango or one small star-fruit (fine chopped)
1 fine chopped apple (optional but tastes delicious)
1 T-spoon raw ground cumin
Lemon juice to taste (if required)
Some red raw chilli powder to taste (if required)
10-20 soaked raisins (optional for little sweet flavour)
Creating Green Smoothie:
Blend all ingredients well together with water; serve well and relish the vitamin, mineral, enzyme rich cool summer drink.
